I read the book, and when I finished I thought: "This would make a fabulous movie." It has everything - cinderalla story, overcoming obstacles, comflict with father who begrudgingly accepts his son's profession, a 10 year old caddie who seems to have a 75 year old man's wisdom. High Drama and climax. Gentlemanly competition.
And it is all true!
I can't wait to see it.
