WELCOME!!!!!
My son has used Kerry's workout for pitchers for the past year. It has really improved his lower body and has kept him very flexible without over building the upper body.
A great addition to an already fantastic web site.

Thanks to Bob and Kerry.

Excellent this is a great idea. Its always good to hear from people who know what they are doing and have experience. An expert who really is an expert what a great concept. Hope the little league coaches on here dont chase him away because of something their cult leader thinks. Congratulations Mr. Howdeshell on getting an expert to help parents and young players.
First of all , I would like to thank Bob for
the opportunity to be part of this GREAT site.
I enjoy responding to posts & questions , and
like everyone else on hsbbweb , I would love
to talk baseball everyday . This entire website
would have helped me so much when I was a
young player . I am honored to help out any
way that I can , but remember that there are
many ideas about weight-training for baseball,
and I am just giving you my personal opinion.
I look forward to some great interaction ,

bmx05 ,
I hope that you're doing well . In regard to
your son , I would make sure that he is doing
his shoulder program 3 days a week to strength-en his shoulder . With the workout that he is
getting during the hockey season , make sure
that he is doing plenty of hamstrings so that
he doesn't develope any lowerbody imbalances.
Also make sure that he is doing plenty of
upperbody stretching . I hope that he has
started a light throwing program , just the
length of a basketball gym . Make sure that
his upperbody workout is stressing muscle ,
with extra work for the rear delts . I hope
that this helps ,
Best Wishes ,
Kerry
