A prayer needed

Yes, indeed, I'll pray. I'm so sorry to hear this.

My son had a very near miss in Tues. night game, too. So vividly do I remember the gasps & "Oh my God!" from the stands!

I can just imagine how you are feeling. Hoping he'll be ok!

Sorry to hear about this. Prayers are definitely being said for Chad and for you and family as well. I hope surgery will not be needed and his recovery will be swift.

While at a spring training game 8 years ago my husband got clobbered with a ball hit by Henry Rodriquez resulting in multiple orbital cracks, let alone a black eye that took 6 weeks to heel.
He has lots of sinus issues because he should have had surgery to repair the fractures (so we have been told).
You are in our prayers and thoughts.

My son had a close call last saturday. Line drive right at his face while pitching. I never knew he could move so fast. I swear my heart skipped a beat. It has been a fear of mine since he took the mound for the first time. It stay in the back of my mind all the time. Prayers from south louisiana for a speedy and full recovery.

What a wonderful family we have here at this site. Thank you all so very very much. With your prayers he will be fine. This year might be gone but next year he will be USA South all conference for sure.

NCDAD....I watched your son play in Greensboro a few weeks ago when my son's team played against Greensboro College. I was really impressed with his husle and his hitting.... I am sorry to hear that he has had some pretty bad luck come his way and sincerely hope that his recovery goes well!
