Kids, you're all blessed to be playing this game, at whatever level. Every time you are out on that field someone is watching you. You never know who that might be, a kid, a coach, a recruiter, a girl, a guy, that girls or guys parents. Treat the game with respect and appreciate every minute you have on the field.

Every team I ever coached had a rule don't get five feet from your car without looking like a player. The rule started at 7/8 rec ball. My kids (college and high school athletes) came to understand why I started the habit at a young age. And yes it bothered some parents I was that strict.
