Since this piece of garbage can't hit a baseball, maybe this is his best shot hitting anything
Then Raul Ibanez walked over the asked ARod if he needed help closing the deal.

LOL..Rah-ool can do whatever he wants now (at this moment anyway)Big Grin

You gotta admit though, it looks pretty bad when Arod got all his antics going on during a big series and can't hit a bull's azz with a shovel. Arod has a knack of making headlines like this and always manages to draw negative attention to himself at the worst time.

Going as far as to call Alex Rodriguez, one of the best players in the game, "A piece of garbage" is going too far, IMHO.

The man's accomplishments in the game speak for themself.

Do I think he's a prima donna? Maybe. Narcissitic? Only maybe. But don't fool yourself, in his prime he was a legitimate 5-tool player. Easy to dump on him when he's in a terrible slump, but Alex Rodriguez is a player.

Depends on what the OP meant by a "piece of garbage."

I would have no qualms referring to Ty Cobb or Pete Rose by that term. Good baseball players do not necessarily mean good people.

Other than his bout with steroids, exactly what has Alex Rodriguez done to become a "bad person". I just don't see that.

It's not about being a bad person. It's more about being a useless ballplayer for $30M.

Arod brings all the negative stuff on himself with all the off field nonsense and drama queen stuff because he's not to bright and don't get what being a NY superstar is all about.

One would think that for somebody who's so conscious of his image, he would've followed Jeter's lead. Jeter's very calculating on how he deals with being a NY superstar. Arod been with him for 9 years so you'd figure he'd get it by now.

Who cares.....TMZ, People? Flirting happens, these are people. This would be a non-story if Arod had more hits in the post-season. It would be a much bigger story if Arod and teammates were taking Zumba "lessons" in Kennebunk, ME.

You're right..Who cares but Arod has screwed up so much, the last thing he needs reported is that his head is somewhere else and is typical Lighting-Rod for all this off the field drama.

Yanks would be better off to get rid of this cancer on the team. It's too much about this guy and ever since he got off roids, he's just a good defense, no hit player. You can find scrubs far cheaper than what they're paying this bum.
