I'm going to wear it and wear it every day. Heck, if they let me wear it to third (last night), I was trying to do that. But I think it would've broken the rules."

I agree...

If people want to criticize the guy for his steroid use, his narcissistic personality, his extramarital affairs, his ridiculously large salary, his lack of leadership skills, etc...

Go for it. All those subjects are highly open to criticism...

But him showing off his World Championship Ring, and wanting to wear it, IMHO isn't really something people can criticize too much...

He earned the ring. He should wear it. Wearing the ring is fine. Wearing the ring and explaining why, all while dissing your teammates, is plain dorky.

Hey I'm a huge Sox fan and I think he should wear it around if he'd like...guy earned it they won!
