AABC Tournament

There is a big difference between AABC tournaments and last weeks pool play tournament. In AABC while there is a losers bracket, it is double elimination.

Even if you lose your first game you can always fight back to the championship. If you lose a second game its go home time! Even if its your second game of the tournament.

Imagine when Puerto Rico or the Canadian teams come to McKinney or Ricketts for the AABC world series and sometimes play 2 and go home.

There are no consolation games in AABC. That being said there is no rule against forfeiting any AABC tournament game. If you win a qualifying state or regional tournament however and do not take the bid then you are subject to being banned from future AABC tournaments.
