I feel for you, I did the same thing 8 years ago. Not sure if yours was a complete tear but if it was it took me 12 months to get back to normal. Good luck.

Was d8 taking cipro?
Been there/done that (complete rupture) 6 years ago. Rehab it right, as it is quite a journey. Mine is still weaker on that side. Will cause changes all the way up the movement chain on that side, if you don't rehab it back aggressively and as completely as possible. Feel for ya. Good luck (it sucks!).
