This is about the harness to the FM25SLX.Click here My harness ripped the first time I got it and I sent the harness back and they gave me a new one. It ripped again. I noticed it today when I was washing my stuff. Do you guys have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

All-Star does have a warranty program. If you ordered it off of the Internet and you call that place and they tell you they can't take it back; you can call all-star and they will usually hook you up. They are cool about it, unlike Louisville TPX from what I hear about them.

When my harness broke the first time I called Western Athletic supply (the place I bought it) and they said that the warranty expired but they game me the number for All-Star. All-Star replaced it with out even asking any questions. So they will usually take it replace it. I don't know if they will give you your money back if the warranty is up but the should replace it.
