Don't ask Bellichik or Brady. They apparently don't know anything about balls!

I always had one rubber baseball in my bucket of balls, I bet it was in there for ten years, I don't know where it came from or what brand it was. I don't think it ever got used, I don't know why it stayed in the bucket, it never would go away.

Baden makes an all weather ball that seems to work well for us.  By all weather I mean when you use them in wet conditions they are very similar to real baseballs but when you leave them to dry they return to spec. and don't become 7oz bricks.  I think they have leather covers.  About $37 per dozen.  If you are looking for something you can hit on parking lots when there is snow or ice I think you might want to consider the rubber covered balls.  They are not representative but they will hold up on the parking lot and have a decent resemblance to baseballs for early season infield and fly ball work.If you are hitting however you have to be careful with the rubber coated, they run from about $18, to about $90 per dozen with the cheap ones becoming far out of round if they are hit too hard.  Anyway there are some ideas depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
