I am surprised that there was not a directory for the staff at ABI.
The facilities at Jack Russell are nice, the weight room is a good size and well equipped.
I took my middle son there to be checked out by Randy Holland a Licensed Sports Trainer for a shoulder injury. He was once with the Blue Jays organization and came highly recommended to me. I believe he may also be an owner, although he may only be associated with The Winning Inning, which also operates there. The two may be affiliated.
I am fairly certain that this is where Josh Hamilton spent a fair amount of time while he was working his way back into the game.
I believe they are well connected, and their facilities are nice.
