L.J. Hoes, resident of Maryland (Mitchellville)and former baseball player at Saint Johns College High School, Washington, DC (Class of 2008) has been "invited" by the Baltimore Orioles to participate in workouts with the "40-man rooster". L.J. was drafted by Baltimore in the third round and has been playing in double AA. He originally committed to North Carolina prior to being drafted by the Orioles.
