This is another video on me working on my mechanics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zBJQUEPrTg. I am a Freshman in high school. One thing I would like to say is that I usually get a longer stride when I'm on the mound. I would like you guys to answer the following questions:

1. What do you honestly think of my mechanics?

2. How do you think my mechanics compare to other Freshmen?

3. What should I work on?

Note: I tried to work on my post leg kick this time.

Here are my thoughts:
I don;t like how your front leg foot is pointed up when you lift your leg. That can be a balance issue waiting to happen. I also noticed that your front foot after your leg lift is too high as it goes forward therfore you land on your heel instead of the ball of your foot. This seems to cause you to throw up instead of downward. Think about skimming your front foot just above the ground as you go forward and land on the balls of your feet. One more thing your timing seems slightly off in your wind-up. your amr appears to be trying to catch up and therfore once again it appears as if you are throwing uphill. You might need a little longer stride. Timing seems better in the stretch. Otherwise you seem to have the physical tools to throw well. Good luck!!
