Another UIL rule?

Can baseball players play on both the JV team and the Varsity team during district games. Tonight our coach played two players on both teams. He played a Varsity Player in both the JV game and the Varsity game and also we had a JV player that played both games

It's legal but the Coach has to keep up with the # of games a certain player plays in during the year. A player can play 3 tournament and 17 games, 2 Tournaments and 19 games, 1 Tournament 21 games, or 23 games. It all depends on how many tournament you play.......Hope this helps???
