I understand you are new to the site, and you have come to the best place on the net to learn about baseball! This site is so much more than the message board.
You have posted this same question 6 times in several forums. Again, I suggest you Pull out the green tab in the left margin & read what is offered on the "recruiting" pages, and the timeline. I really think you will get answers to "tips for me" or "any hints", if you will invest the time in reading!
Then, perhaps you will have more specific questions to ask. And folks would offer more specific info.
Several of us have offered advise , including PG, myself, bbrulz, Ken Gutherie, & others.
