If you are interrested in going to college and play baseball, you should pick the one's you are interested in and go to there camps.
and then follow up with letters and maybe another visit!
The showcases are great, perfect game puts one on in northern california and the NW, you have to keep your eye's open to find the dates! also go to local showcases to understand the process, and the nerves won't get in the way when you attend the more high profile showcases/ collage camps!
there are also other organizations but choose carefully!
Just keep in mind that you might not get out of a showcase what you think is alot of playing time! you might only get 4 at bats, pitch 1 maybe 2 inn. never get a ball hit to you.
There looking at everything, how you hustle, how you handle the bat, if you run out a pop fly. you never know who watching!
Some people think that it's not worth it.
But it will get you on the radar.
Go to perfectgame.org and look up events schedule.
there is one event in the nw in june, also check for n.california.
I see you like LB state. check out there camp schedule and visit early. the Recruitors don't have the resources to find you.
You have to be proactive, and start as early as this summer are at least between your Junior and Senior year.
Tournaments are great, but you also need to be seen more on a one on one basis.
Good luck.
