Apple Valley Baseball League Looking to Expand

The Apple Valley Baseball League is looking to add a couple of teams this year. Teams from Culpeper, Rappahannock, Page, Edinburg, Woodstock, Clarke, Strasburg have been in the league.

The league, which begins in May, consist of players that are former high school varsity players and current college players. Typically 18-30 years of age.

Games are played on the weekends from May to the end of July, a playoff and championship follows.

The league entry fee is nominal. March 15th is the cutoff for adding a new team.
