April 16 National Letter of Intent Day

Is this for 2014's who already have something in the works? Son is a 2015 and not even near deciding where to go let alone have enough of a commitment from schools to offer Letter of Intent. Are there other players that are 2015's that are signing in a few weeks already? Or is this just for graduating seniors who didn't sign last November?

It's for 2014's who didn't sign early. 2015's won't be able to sign a NLI until November.
