Any one have any info on the Arizona Fall Invitational? It is the week before the Senior Fall Classic. What will the scouting be like? Who are the strong teams expected to do well? Anyone going?

We will be there.. Probably not as many College coaches but more Pro scouts..Still should be good competition based on the arziona teams. RR23JR will play for Coach John Elliot of Quakes Baseball.

The list of scouts attending on the website is from 2009 (last years event). Plus those list aren't always accurate regarding who actually shows up. Sometimes only certain games get a turnout of scouts. Which of the Arizona teams are considered the "better ones"?

No problem dad, not sure if you had seen the site.
I think in general most of the scouting will be from local Az schools. Most of the other schools will be at the Jr and Sr Fall Classics and were at the PG National one week ago. The California teams that I know who are going will be competitive, but not of the quality of the PG tournament last week.
Have fun and let us know how it goes. Should be a lot cooler than last week! We are 50 degrees cooler here today than we were one week ago...amazing.

All the AZ teams will be competitive. All Star Academy in particular finished 2nd place in the recent PG Underclass. AZ Athletics have 2 teams but I am not sure who is the more competitive team. BIG should be good as well as 520 Elite (they are from Tucson,AZ)

Only playing one day? Saw you had a game on Fri and two on Sat... RR23JR may like to get out of school early on Fri.
We play the AZ Athletics White - was also curious how that team was compared to the AZ Athletics Black team. We also play the lone Iowa team - bet there will be some big boys on that team

RR23Jr had some prior committments at school and saving missing school for Senior and Junior Fall Classic.
