As pitchers start preparing for the upcoming season, I have 2 kids who just can't grasp keeping their arm in line with thier shoulder.

After breaking things down for them they continue to allow their hand and the elbow to go behind shoulder socket, hence throwning against their body. Anyone have any ideas or drills that may help with this.
Thanks for your help

Are you sure this is a problem? Pitching involves a lot of stretching and contracting of muscles. Some kids have more flexibility than others and need the bigger range of motion to achieve that stretch. Furthermore, "scap loading" contributes to what you are seeing and most these days (I believe) feel scap loading is normal and desirable. I think some even go so far as to claim you should consciously try to do it.
