Great answer. Alan Jaeger has a great throwing and band exercises program. I think CADad posted a recent link to a Jaeger session in this section. I was told by Jaeger that my son would be throwing in the high eighties by summer. Today, he was clocked by a JC director at a consistent 86-87 mph 2-seam fastballs with a top of 88 mph. His spike curve and change up at 80 mph and his curve at 75 mph. It is now even more important to make sure to take and /or find the time to perform the exercises. He turns 16 later this month.
