Are you doing any warm-up at all? Any stretching, easy warm-up tossing? Or are you just going up there cold and throwing the 10 pitches as hard as you can?

If you're going up there cold and just firing as fast as possible right out of the gate, then that is a sore arm just waiting to happen.

If you are warming up properly, and then working moderately up to game speed and then still have the same arm pain, then it's very possible you've got a problem that you should see a doctor about.

What is your pre-pitching warm-up routine?
