Does anyone have any experience with Arizona State's Select 60 camp? Is it an invitation only camp? I can't seem to find any info about it online.

I spoke to a friend of the program last night and he told me that this is definately an invitation only event. He was at what he called the "Select 30" camp this summer and he said the level of play was very high and many of the kids there had already verbaled to ASU. ASU does of course run camps that are open to the public.
I know quite a bit about ASU so if I can help with anything else let me know.

3rdgenerationnation...I remember that this camp was held during the Fall last year when one of RR23's teammate was invited during his Junior year. I also know VikingDad's son was invited as well. With the change in coaching staff, would it still be continued? What are main criterias for the invite aside from a verbal?

I found out that yes, camps like this are still going on.
They are however invite only, kids they are actively recruiting or who are on their radar already who they want to see against a higher level of competition.

My understanding is an "Invitation Only" camp may have been one of the questionable infractions during the Murphy era. Kinda like mass recruiting on campus. He would get around it by emailing his recuites and then advertising the camp for public on the website during the late PM to early AM hours only.
