Is that in KD's backyard?

I have been to the Southlake deal while this facility was under construction...I didn't know it had opened yet.

I got an email from Luis last night about stopping by today to see it.

Looks like they have Camps starting June 12th, looking forward to seeing it just wish it was closer to us.

The facility looks to be top notch. As far as I knew, they weren't open yet, but could be wrong.

One of the owners has a kid playing on Keller JV, super nice people.

Is this new facility in Southlake or Keller? Just wondering.

Just returned from this facility, son had a hitting lesson. It is in Keller off of Golden Triangle Blvd (1201 Golden Triangle which is also FM1709) just West of 377, a little hard to find, just past the RR tracks on the South side behind a building that is being torn down... Right now, what is open is the hitting facility only and the rest must be a staged plan..........Nice place.

It's in Keller, but barely. Their property line is the City of Ft. Worth. They are building it in an old lumber yard.
