Older son's college uses ATW to webcast its games. In looking for other games to watch, I came across their website and it is available to high schools and colleges to webcast any sports event, from any location and, allegedly, it's 'free'. I have an e-mail into the company to find out more because what a tremendous thing this would be for a team like mine that often has parents deployed to other parts of the world, and then the kids' families back in the States.
Is anyone out there using this service? I'm just wondering how the wireless set-up works, like if it has to be in a wi-fi hotspot or whatever (I'm not highly conversant on the tech as you can tell). I know i'll get an answer from the co. eventually, but I'm the impatient type, and this post also killed ten minutes waiting for son's game to come on at 4am.
