Just wanted to say that I only recently found this board and wish I had a looong time ago! There is so much great information and input here that I could literally spend days straight reading it all! I am testing the waters of the whole recruiting process for the first time and the content of this site is invaluable. I don't think there is any question I could think of that is not addressed here with good information or pointing to sites where that information can be found. Just wanted to say thanks!
