While I don't question the value of the three day camp, I question the ability of any pitcher not already familiar with the mechanics and feel of the delivery being taught (at this camp or any others) to keep the delivery intact for any period of time.
The problem with heading off to any clinic outside of a player's geographic location, is once the player's delivery begins to drift away from the teaching, without a PC schooled in that particular delivery, the player (and/or his coach) simply apply bandaid solutions to fix symptoms - without fixing underlying problems.
Every player - at every level - experiences this drift; theoretically, as you ascend the ranks of baseball, a pitcher will have more repeatable deliveries (culminating at MLB where most pitchers can repeat in a way HS pitchers can only dream about). But even at the highest levels PCs are constantly fighting the drifting away from the "perfect" delivery.
In my mind, find a high quality PC in your area, whose instruction is understandable and who has had a modicum of success in developing pitchers. A player may need to go through several, before he is comfortable with a PC. (My son had several up to HS. Then found The One he understood, who had a decent track record of developing pitchers. He's had that same PC for about 10 years - so there has been lots of consistency in the teaching philosophy and mechanics. Despite this, however, his delivery over long periods of time away drifts (with him it always drifts to the same chronic issues - easliy fixable, but occasionally reoccurring).)
