Just when you think its safe to get the fungo out and start some 4 square more snow...... We got 8 innings in yesterday at Pinkerton then wake up this morning to 2-4 inches of heavy heavy snow. Back to the gym we go.....

This happened to us as well. Luckily the Vermont weather has calmed down and this week is supposed to be beautiful. The tough thing is that our field is in "peak" perfect condition for our fall season...and then not always the best come spring due to thawing etc. We should be good the rest of the way...but we are playing almost everyday and had to cancel 8 games already due to having no makeup dates. All colleges are booked up solid through May 5th. Going back into the gym is never easy (esp after returning from FL). We are just now shaking off the rust and had a big win last night @ Middlebury College. Hosting Southern New Hampshire Univ today for the first time. Hope we can keep it going.
