Nobody can drive on Texas ice. With temp's around 32 F, there will be a thin layer of water on the ice. And that means no traction.

Yankees often think about the ice covered with snow that they see back home. Snow you can drive on. Not Texas ice.

When the temps up north are well below freezing, there won't be the thin layer of water on the ice. So it may be possible to get some traction on that Yankee ice. Not Texas ice.

And don't you dare mention commie kickball around me... Big Grin
