Yes there is but I do not know when it is availabale on the newstands-
I personally subscribe on line as I find much easier for me and not have to look on a newstand to see if it is there--or you subscribe for the publication in print to be delivered to your home

When you take an online subscription, you also receive the issue in the mail.
Paper issue is supposed to be out end of this week according to BA, after all online content is published.

Tider Paw Mom- I do have an online subscription, but I don't get a paper one.
I dont get regular paper issues either--once in a while one shows up but not regularly
I believe you can also subscribe for both as a package deal but I am not sure
