I have ran baseball clinics for the last six years. I have always used this format:

1. Hitting Station
2. Base Running Station
3. Infield Station
4. Outfield Station
5. Pitching Station
6. Catching (catcher) station

The stations have rotated. I want to change things up this spring. Maybe have an offensive morning and a defensive afternoon? Pitching with defense or seperate? What do some of you guys do? Thanks. I have got some great info. on here since 2008.
I have a love and passion for this game, and I want to be a great coach!!!

There is a camp out here called Mar Cresse School of Baseball. They run similar stations to you in the morning and then in the afternoon. They do 3 major stations. Hitting, Infield/Outfield, Pitching/Catching. These stations last approx. 30 minutes. All players will hit and do the infield/outfield station. If you are not a pitcher/catcher you can go back to defense.
What we do is divide the camp into a focus each day. Each day has the drills that we think give the best feedback to a player. We also encourage parents, little league coaches, etc to be as close as possible without getting in the way so they may hear what we teach so the kids of our community are hearing our system, terminology, philosophy, etc.

Here is the outline from our camp brochure:

Monday : Offense

Developing a foundation of hitting.
Bunting – how, when, why.
The fundamentals of baserunning.

Tuesday: Defense

General fielding and throwing instruction.
Position specific instruction.

Wednesday: Team

Campers will be put through a Dawg Baseball Practice.

Thursday: Competition

Campers will be put through competition drills then play a controlled scrimmage.
