Can anyone recommend a good baseball specific sports trainer and nutritionist? This will be our first summer to no be working with the football summer program.

Try Tim LaMonte. I believe he's a certified trainer. He's been giving my son hitting lessons for years and really plays up the training/nutrition/physiology side of baseball.

I have not been on here in forever, but a friend said that my name was being bantered around a bit, and I got curious. I am flattered by all of the kind comments. I am a certified Kettlebell and Mobility coach, and would love to talk to you about what your needs are, but to be honest, my brother is really better than me and has more time for one on one training. His name is Ben LaMonte, he is also a certified strength coach in Kettlebells, Mobility, and barbells. Plus you will not meet anyone more versed in nutrition. If you are interested, you can go to www.intheboxathletics.com and learn more and get contact info.
Thanks again for all the kind words.
