Why is that we give kids a better opportunity to be seen and more exsposure. Just cause we take the best talent which sometime the kids come from public school and give them better oppurtunities makes it wrong I don't understand that theory.I believe most parents would prefer there kids go to private school over public school but most cannot afford it.We have the same curriculum as public school but we also incorporate the bible as well that all goes along with the exposure we can give them.

I know, and I don't agree with it, hince my little twist of sarcasm...

IMO, you are in a sense, buying talent, from the public high schools.  I really don't have a problem with people/players choosing to attend a private school, even if it is just for athletics. I compare it to an elite travel team, who can attract the best possible player, against a public school team who can only draw from the kids in their zoned school area.

Now, it may be different from where you are from, but in my area the private schools are lumped in with the public schools when it comes time for a run at the state title.  That puts the private school, who can openly recruit, at a much greater advantage than the public school.  In order to level the playing field, IMO, the private sector should have their own play-off division.

So please explain how it is that a private school, who has a facility that rivals many top Dl or Minor League parks and can openly recruit top tier players from anywhere in the country, possibly be fairly compared to a public school team that has no field at their school, has to use a county park as their home field and has no facility/locker room of their own?

If the private schools have their own division so be it, go out and buy the best possible team you can, I would even look forward to watching them play.

Then I don't really have a problem with your situation, at least everyone is on a level playing field, but here in FL we are not.  Watch the state championships and see how many private schools make it into the finals.

We have some of these issues in our area. From work and involment with fire training I know a ton of people in the area.with that I would bet that at least half the kids would go to these type of schools even without sports.the parents that I Know that send thier knids to private schools have completly had enough of public education.I am extremly fortunate to live where I do.Our school is great. We have probably one of the best supers around.Like everything else it starts at the top   , Public school parent
