I am a second year HS baseball coach, and I have a third baseman (junior) getting letters and emails from Stanford. His father called me asking for advice about the recruiting process. What bits of advice would you guys give?
Stanford sends stuff out to many, many ballplayers. The advice would be based on many factors, including what evaluations he has gotten on his level of play.
Sending them to this website is the best solution. There are parents that have gone, and are going, thru the recruiting process that are very helpful, and there are coaches/scouts that give great advice.
