Hey Gang,

I have really enjoyed some of the off season programming on MLB TV.  One show looked at the origins of SABR metrics.  Interestingly, it mentioned simulation games (Strat o Matic) and how they fed the fledgling industry.

I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for current baseball sim games, be they old school board or internet type.  Thanks.

I always loved APBA; 5 of us used to buy the new sets of cards, mix them up, then do trades, keep standings etc.-we're talking about in the mid to late 60's of course.... We really had a good time with those cards. We later morphed into the APBA football and did the same thing. I was so lucky with a certain Bob Griese card that my buddy gave it to me as a present years later.
