Georgia High School game: Top of 1st No outs
Bases loaded fourth batter has two strikes. It is discovered coach has submitted different lineup than what is posted on dugout wall. R1 is actual Batter #4. Batter is actual #3. They called Batter at plate out for batting out of turn and had R1 replace him and he assumed 0-2 count. I thought if the batter gets at least one pitch he can't be called out??????

You're right. Once a pitch was made to the new batter, the runner at 1B became legal. Once it's brought to the umpire's attention, the next batter would be the one after R1 on the lineup. Since R1 was #4 on the lineup, lineup #5 would come to the plate and take the count lineup #3 had already accrued (0-2).
