My son (2017) recevied an invite. Looks to be more legit than most things he gets. It's so hard to decide where to throw the money. Anyone have an opinion about this one?

Had two sons and several players play in this invite only showcase. Our experience looking back was that it is one of the better events to get looks from mostly D1' and D2's as well as professional scouts. The event was very well run by Mike Petty and the Canes organization and kudos to them for getting a lot of guys seen that might not have been. In 3 or 4 years from now your son will hopefully be playing with and against most of the same young men that were invited to play in this nice event !

We were very satisfied with last year's Battle of the Border.

2015 RHP attended one of the August 2014 Battle of the Border events.

It was managed in a very professional manner.

The games were 9 innings, and pitchers were given three innings each.

There were multiple games for the 2015, 2016 and 2017 classes.
