Cox lost another heartbreaker 5-4 in 8 innings to Kempsville. Neil Ramirez pitched 6-1/3 I believe and Reid Killen went 7. 2-1 Kempsville going into the top of the 7th when Cox tied the game on a 1 out infield single by Zach Bach followed by a HBP. Bach scored on the next play as an inning ending DP was thrown a bit high at 1st. Ramirez was pulled at that point and the new pitcher was greeted by Drew Wilkinson with a 2 run HR to put Cox up 4-2. Celebration was shortlived however as Kempsville plated 2 unearned runs in the 7th to tie the score and scored the wnning run in the 8th on a 1 out 2 strike suicide squeeze

Heard rumors that Bayside picked up a win over FC today and that PA won at Kellam

Joe,

Salem 17 Green Run 3

Princess Anne 9 Kellam 5

I think Ocean Lakes played Tallwood, not sure the score, but I think it was big (OL winning). Little help, little help here.

What a sight Saturday morning at 6 am; with the
lights on at Landstown Not sure if this woke the neighbors, but I bet they woke up confused once practice started.
