They have 3 strong arms with Tomchick, Lemaster and Begley. They have some hitting but are hurt with the loss of Eric Zirnheld (broken hand) and limited playing time for Jordan Fairbanks (big hitter).

Coach Hunt always seems to have arms. I would imagine that they will be a tough draw in the second half of the season.

Congrats on the boy, didn't mention cause he was already mentioned here and in the paper. Great Job Coach Stubbe! We were trying to remember other no hitters from FC. Have had some 1 hitters and some well pitched games, but don't remember any no hitters. Some of the older guys may remember better than me. I am sure they are out there, just memory is falling.

Flood the Bud was a Dud! The weather did not cooperate. Hope the weather is good next week for all of the spring break tourneys!

It might be hard to recall any no hitters from FC but I recall FC always having a chance for one when the Berry brothers were there.

I think the coach has to send in that info or something....Idk how that works with the little writeups or notes from the game... Spedden can be modest with that stuff and being that it was a walk off grand slam via 10 run rule might've led him to just not say anything.

But regardless, kudos to both players on a the big fly and no hitter. Hard to throw a no hitter, especially when you're facing aluminum bats...the ball finds it's way sometimes.

Where is Reinherth(sp) going to college?
i'll tell you, when Bryant and Stenn get hott , watch out, the Berry brothers were good, I know 1 is at West Va. U, I'm busting on Lynn cause we love ODU, need another flood the Bud nite, and when a player hits a walk off, the smiles and jubilation, wow, great job Casey Byrant, it last a life time. Rienerth has had several offers, but rite now North Dakota St, mom is from there, has had the best offer, we'll see, we luv ODU, season tickets, we bleed it.

Landstown is 3-5. Defeated Tallwood, GR, Bayside

Real Record for all you slackers and my predictions

FC 9-1 Looking at the District Champions- just ok
OL 7-3 1 good pitcher, not to good sticks & defense
Kellam 6-3 too much parental involvment-let st coach
PA 6-3 this team cant hit, have 3 arms and no sticks Cox 6-4 young team, already got beaten by green run?
Salem 5-5 might be 1st postseason in 4 yrs-doubtful!
Green Run 4-6 your luck has ran out- good try guys!
Kempsville 4-6 your luck is about to run out!
Landstown 3-7-kids there are weak-never make it!
Bayside 2-8 need a miricle, unlikely, no players
Tallwood 1-8 maybe 2013 fellas, good one against OL!

Welcome to the board, Record Keeping, Good post too, I would like to add, not sure about the parental involvement at Kellam, some of their parents just happen to be the best coaches in the area, those parents know all the talent in District, region and State, so their scouting reports are invaluable, PA is dangerous, they inserted Hunter Davis in the line up and he will add a spark, he's good, Bayside has 5 quality hitters, in Kane, King, Horn Synder and some big guy who crushes fastballs and can't hit the curve, OL is good, Bryant and Strenn starting to get hot, and FC, well, they might not have the best pitching staff, but its been the most impressive, 5 shutouts the last 6 games, so even if they can't hit or field, lol, they arn't letting the other team score, alot of baseball left, upsets will happen
