FC 7, PA 1. I arrived at the end of the game, however, all I talked to said FC played flawless defense and had quick bats. It was 3-1 FC at the start of the 7th. Woods takes the loss and Berry gets the win.

Salem 5 Kempsville 6
Again, the sundevils gave up a 5-1 lead in the bottom of the 5th. Kempsville just hit it where we wernt. Still the young salem team shows that they can fight. Dont count us out!
The umpires had a great game today just things fell kempsvilles way at the end!

Austin Wright's 3rd inning homer gave FC a 3-1 lead. Frank Berry had the right stuff today on the mound. He was throwing in the mid 80's with a great breaking ball. Austin had 2 hits and also played a flawless ss. FC broke the game open in the 7th after PA intentionly walked A-man to load the bases and M Shipp, 3rd baseman M Guadagnini and J Kirby delivered run scoring singles. Beamer Weems homered for PA's only run. Coach Stubbe was all smiles after the game.

Congrats to FC and Coach Stubbe! A big win for them. Awesome game for Frank Berry--pitched a 1 hitter for FC. Austin Wright is 6 for 6 this season---great performances!
Ocean Lakes 5, Landstown 2
Luke Townsend pitched 6 strong innings, looked good for early in the season. Allowed one run. Miles Tracey closed the 7th allowing one run. DJ Fitzgerald and Jimmy Six each had 2 hits and Derek Trueblood was 1 for 3 with 2 RBIs for Ocean Lakes.
