I made it out to Kellam, Landstown and Green Run's Tryouts/Practices yesterday. All looked good other than not seeing a single FC logo

Also, made it out to Salem, Kempsville and Tallwood today. Salem looks really good, got to give them some props!!
How did thoese schools look to today? Like kempville and tallwood.
I observed Kempsville and Tallwood and both looked like they will lack pitching depth and consistancy all around. I see the two battling out for 9th, 10th or 11th spot. Good kids over there, but not well balanced.
I think Kempsville's problem is more coaching than talent. They seem very unorganized.
Must be a Kempsville parent!?!?

I agree with BigChief, Kempsville is looking to make some waves in the beach this year

Based on what ive seen around, they have soild returners and have really turned it around over there.
Ive seen tallwood doing the same, pitching staff looks strong but young.

I dont know about Kempsville. They had about the same group of talent last year. Tallwood was about the same as well. Salem looked really good. Newman looks strong and has some support. Green Run did loose Dean, but the have some young talent coming up. Stone is a solid player and they got a pretty good catcher coming back this year. Started last year as a freshman when the moved Dean over to first, and was pretty solid behind and at the plate. Who knows. Cant waite to watch some ball.
