Lightweight all the way.

You certainly want to be protected but the less weight you have to carry around the better.

I am not a helmet guy..too old school for that....I wear a standard lightweight single bar mask.....but I am all for lightweight and high quality...never skimp on your protective gear.....after all umpiring is our avocation and most of us have to survive and go to work the next day.....

All my gear is +POS.......
