Can anyone advise who the best hitting coaches are in NC near the Charlotte area? My son recently performed well in a showcase earning Top Prospect honors and has always been a “solid” hitter. He has the tools to be an elite hitter with the right instruction/perspective as he is still raw and I’m looking for someone who is both a good instructor and up to date on the current philosophies colleges are teaching. Any help is much appreciated.

Since you aren't getting any replies yet, check out Baseball Rebellion in Durham. They're all in on hitting the ball hard and in the air (FYI, many college coaches are not). Maybe you could start with an on-site evaluation then move to remote training if you want to continue. I don't have any personal experience with them, but a local juco works with them quite a bit.
Little ways away from the Queen City but Alan Ashkinazy, owner of Greensboro Batting Center is a legendary hitting coach in NC. GBC has been here 30 years and Al is one of the best in the business and well respected, funny as heck but very serious when it comes to hitting. He also has a whole line up of Coaches and Former players giving lessons there. He is a former Pro and works with plenty of Pros, Collegiate players and loves the game!
