My son attended in 2003.
He loved it. Solid workouts and training, drills, games. Good competition. This is a pretty intense workout. I can tell you it was extremely hot down there!
The showcase day seemed to be fairly well attended by recruiters/scouts, but I couldn't really tell.
My son got a thoughtful evaluation. It certainly wasn't artificially sweetened.
Near immediate response from several schools; in my son's case they were mostly southern D-3s.

Excellent event, even if it is run by U-V-whoever people.

Well-organized, lots of college coaches, good ratio of instructors to players. My 03 went two years ago and our 06 will go this year.

Only complaint: despite telling the pitchers repeatedly that their arms were being "saved" till Showcase Day on the last day, pitchers did lots of throwing in drills and most arms were pretty well spent by the last day, so achieving top velocity was near impossible. Hopefully the scouts/coaches realize that but I saw a lot (but not all) of the scouts gun 2-3 pitches, and if not to their liking, the gun went away as did the interest. If your son pitches, light it up early on the last day.
