Best Minor League Parks

I have not been to that many, but I really like the Frisco Roughriders home, Dr Pepper Park, in Frisco, Texas. It looks like a big Victorian beach house. I like the hotel next door where you can see the game from your balcony.

We want to see the Corpus Christi Hooks this summer. Has anyone been to that new stadium yet? I was wondering what the best seats were?

Lalachuer Park in Lowell, MA, home of the Lowell Spinners, Class A affiliate of the Red Sox. Brand new stadium in Manchester, NH, home of the FisherCats, the Blue Jays' AA affiliate.

Fifth Third Field in Dayton, OH is a fantastic Minor League ballpark. It is the home of the Class A Dayton Dragons. They are affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds.

Besides being a beautiful park, they do a lot to keep people entertained and treat the fans very well.

Franklin-Covey Field, home of the Salt Lake Bees, AAA affiliate of the Angels, has a beautiful mountain background.

I also think Frontier Field in Rochester, New York is a nice field with the Kodak building nearby.

We tried to go to a Corpus Christi game last summer, but it was sold out. VERY popular in C.C. Reserve your seats early!

Lexington Legends is an Astros affiliate with a very nice park here in Lexington, KY. Entertainment outside of baseball is good and varied. The park and team have been a huge asset to our area. I've seen some very good baseball played!

My son recently played at Dayton and he was impressed with the park. While I've only seen pictures, I have to plug my son's home park --- Oldsmobile Park in Lansing, Michigan; home of the Lansing Lugnuts.

AAA Pawtucket Red Sox Play at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket RI. A great little ball park that has recently been renovated. Tickets and concessions are inexpensive, every seat is a good seat, and a grass knoll that wraps around the outfield to lay a blanket down and enjoy a great game of baseball. What could be better on a warm summer night.
