Depends on where you are in MA and how far you wish to drive. You'll get lots of opinions as to "best" because people are comfortable with who they have. You may have to contact a few, see who you and your child are comfortable with, and go from there.

In the Dracut, MA area - I prefer Marc Deschenes at Future Stars. My son also worked with Colin Lynch a bit - I know he's associated with the Granite State Showcase League and I think he's coaching at SNHU right now. In Southern NH, there's a following for Mike Jackson from the NH Grizzlies while others like Keith Bowen - not sure where he's out of now, but he coached Hudson Legion this year - so a little bit of Google will probably find him. There's also Nick Esposito who's working with the the Souhegan Valley Saints (Amherst, NH).

I'm sure this just scratches the surface, but those are a few that I'm aware of.
I have personally worked and coached with Colin Lynch. He is unbelievable with the kids and really knows his stuff, probably the reason he is the pitching coach at SNHU right now. If you are willing to come to the Manchester area in my personal opinion is a one of the best around. JohnF is right though you really have to be comfortable with who you are going to. I would try a few and see who you like the best and who your son likes the best, but if you are going to be looking in this area I would try Colin. I believe you can get his email off of the SNHU website or contact GSBA and they will be able to get in touch with him.
My son has worked with Marc Deschenes at Future Stars in Dracut for many years. Not only does he have professional pitching experience, but he was an outstanding positional (SS) player in college. Since my son is a dual role player, he has benifited greatly from Marc's expertise with repsect to pitching, hitting and fielding (plus the mental aspects of the game). He has a great way of relating to kids and young adults. I have heard good things about Colin Lynch from second hand sources. My son will be attending SNHU in the fall, so we will know 1st hand before long.
