Best practices?

I am looking for how you organize practice? What are you best practice plans or any good books for it? How do you teach strategies?

If you have to be inside what do you do that is most beneficial?

The best practices are the ones where everybody is moving. work on the little things as the big things will take care of themself. Practices should not be too long. I always set a limit say 2 hours. After that I felt their was nothing accomplished. Just my opinion.
