Nice meeting you Shipbuilder. Sorry I was talking when you introduced yourself. Good Luck with your fall league.

I was very disappointed with St. Thomas's performance on Friday. I know some of those kids and they can play better. Their defense was awful, not want I had seen before.

I am sure they will get better before the playoffs.
I would love nothing more than to see a team like Portsmouth, assuming they win Class I, battle it out with the Class L champion at the end of the season. This sort of thing happens during the regular season in football with BG and Exeter playing some Div I teams why cant they schedule this in the baseball season? I would much rather see a strong Class I team take on a Class L team for bragging rights within the classes.
i think it's a great idea, but i'm afraid the lower class teams would get shelled by the larger ones.

class s vs class L. even if your the class s champ, you still only have x amount of players to choose from.

i'm not sure if they still do the sr (twin state games) games thing anymore, but that would be great to start up again.

nh all star's,used to play vermont in a weekend series. it was done by the coaches association i think.

That would be a great idea. Everyone gets to claim championship of their Division, and then the rest is just gravy if they win the whole thing. Prelims the Thursday after the championship, championship that Sat or Sun. The big teams would do just fine, but the smaller team like a Franklin with 2 strong pitchers or a Campbell with a Coughlin/Baker/Tascherow trio would probably surprise. It's 80% pitching...
