Big 12 Buzz?

anybody heard any news out of the Big 12??
KU went out to Hawaii and came back 5-0 (i think it was 5)... K-state has a new synthetic turf infield... the whole thing is turf... 2nd base is stuck right into turf. It's colored red where the normal dirt apron would be. It looks sweet in photos but i wonder what it's like to play on? There are only 2 dirt circles on the field. The mound and the circle at home. the outfield is still grass.
