Midlo's middle infield play has been excellent this spring from what I have seen. Bastaich is an incredibly slick defender as well.
The Dominion district is loaded with middle infield tandems this year from what I can tell - Midlo with Bastaich and Moore, JRHS with sophomores Large and Wood, Cosby has Meeker and Miltenburger and the list goes on (Bird, Monacan, and Clover Hill all have solid middles as well)
For years the Dominion District has been loaded with high level pitching - looks like this year might see the rise of the middle infielders!!
Nothing better than watching a well defended baseball game.
